Main Lodge
The hacienda´s veranda overlooks ancient hibiscus bushes, palm & lime trees and spectacular snow-topped Cotacachi volcano in the distance. A comfortable lounge with a roaring fire welcomes guests. The second floor living room includes reference literature, a book exchange and a variety of magazines. A collection of videos are available for rent with complementary popcorn. Once a famous guinea pig (Cuy) restaurant 'Sala Cuy' - an elegant salon decorated with colonial style art, a striking white cupola and two fireplaces - offers dining or meeting space.

Indoor & Outdoor Dining
Our friendly staff serves delicious meals, snacks and beverages all day in our dining rooms or on our veranda. Our lunches and dinners are made from fresh local ingredients, including a traditional soup, main course and dessert. We also use produce from our organic vegetable gardens, and make jams, desserts and fresh juices from our own blackberries and other locally-grown fruits. Our talented chef can readily accommodate any dietary requests. Picnic lunches are also available for day-trips.

Gardens
Las Palmeras Inn has year-round flowering and perennial gardens. The gardens have limes, avocados, papayas, babacos, naranjillas and other tropical fruits. Hammocks made by local artisans are hung throughout the grounds. Apart from a family destination, such tranquility is a creative retreat for artists and writers.
